I should have filed this review years ago – doing so now so everyone can benefit. Mary Beth saved my family from daily battles filled with grief and depression. My wife and I went through a custody battle with her ex. I’ll spare the details. First, Mary Beth is intelligent, thorough and compassionate. She held my wife’s hand and at times literally counseled her on how to handle some of the emotional aspects of our case. She guided us through the process that we barely understood until we were completely satisfied. On the day of the hearing, she was on time and helped us understand how things would work. The day was brutal for me because I didn’t have any legal standing but she still helped us both through it. At one point things seemed to turn bad. It had appeared that we were going to have a complete and total victory but the judge swung the pendulum back closer to the middle. It started to feel more like a loss. Mary Beth was great – even when I lost my composure, she handled me perfectly. In the end, Mary Beth explained the situation to us in both the short term and the long term. She had expert guidance on what our expectations should be once the hearing was over. In the parking lot, she literally said “don’t worry…” and went on to explain how everything would play out after our battle. Literally, it was like she predicted the future – everything went just as she said and we could not be happier. She’s a great person to have in your corner on what feels like one of the worst days of your life. I _strongly_ recommend Mary Beth Holloway.
